Paxen Learning Corporation is an educational services company headquartered in Melbourne, FL. Paxen specializes in developing and delivering outcome-based educational programs that build academic and employability skills for at-risk youths and adults.〔(Paxen Learning, official Web site )〕 Paxen’s publishing division produces customized curricula for the company’s numerous programs.

==History==
Paxen’s roots date to 1984 with the incorporation of ProSync, Inc., a company that specialized in customized training and performance contracting. In 1987, ''Inc. Magazine'' named ProSync, Inc., to its list of the nation’s 500 fastest-growing small businesses.
In time, corporate efforts began emphasizing employment and training programs, leading to the sale of ProSync and the formation of Paxen. In 2006, a group led by Herb Hilderley, Doug Merlin, and Richard Parkinson purchased Paxen. In 2010, the company, in an attempt to better articulate its full-scale presence in education, rebranded itself as Paxen Learning Corporation.
On January 30, 2015 Paxen became an affiliate program of Eckerd.〔(Eckerd Merging Missions )〕 Eckerd, founded by philanthropist Jack Eckerd, is a private not-for-profit child and family service organizations.
